Ted has always had a love of music and the stage. The Seattle native began singing for audiences at an early age. He started in the church folk band at age eight, and continued singing in musical productions into high school.

During high school he also played drums and percussion in the Concert, Jazz, Symphonic and Marching bands. After graduation he began singing and playing drums in Top 40 bands and traveled all over the Northwest. At the same time Ted was involved with two stage productions, “Godspell” and the 1987/88 production of “Putting On The Ritz” in which he played the starring role. It was a major Broadway style theater performance at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts. The 983 seat theater sold out two consecutive nights and raised $180,00.00 for Providence St. Peter hospital.

In 1990 he began writing, recording and performing his original compositions. In 2006 Ted won the national title for “Talent Quest” in Laughlin Nevada. After his win he began to plan a John Denver Tribute show. He began singing his way all over the U.S. and in 2007 shared the stage with Keith Anderson, Jeff Bates, and Kevin Sharp on the annual “Traveling Kountry Kruz” with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. That same year Ted won the Komo TV 4’s Northwest Afternoon “Celebrity Look-alike” contest. For the past 3 yrs, Ted has also been performing with “Jamie’s Rock n Roll Legends”, singing in casinos, clubs, street fairs, festivals, and at private parties. In 2010 Ted performed with John Denver’s Lead guitarist “Steve Weisberg” and “Eddie Kilgallon”, keyboard player for award winning bands “Ricochet” and “Montgomery Gentry”. Afterwards, Ted had the incredible opportunity to get together with Eddie K. and write a couple of great songs that they’ve since recorded on their new cd project “Sing My Songs” done in Nashville with Eddie as producer. He also did another Travelin’ country cruise this past October, opening for “Darryl Worley” and “Jimmy Wayne”. Great fun! His gift for the music and his polished and energetic performing style have earned him many dedicated fans.

Ted shares his passion for bringing people together with his music, drawing in audiences of all ages. His love for people, family, and communities working together for great causes, continue to be his main inspiration. Ted is married to a lovely and amazing woman named “Tamie” who is the driver, manager, cook, doc and best friend! He is also the proud father of four children, a few unofficially adopted kids and two grandchildren, Ivy and Rhomel
